Eligibility criteria for Ireland Scholarship Program

Following are the eligibility criteria for the Ireland Fellows Program.

1. Have 2-3 years of relevant work experience, depending on your country.
2. Hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
3. Do not hold or be currently enrolled in a master's level qualification.
4. Senegalese applicants need a minimum of a Senegalese Masters 2 with 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
5. Apply for a new master's program in Ireland starting no sooner than August 2025.
6. Show leadership qualities, a commitment to SDGs, and the ability to build positive relations with Ireland.
7. Choose three relevant programs from the Directory of Eligible Programmes.
8. Understand the academic and English language requirements for these programs.
9. Must not have applied to the Ireland Fellows Programme more than once before.
10. Be able to start the fellowship in the academic year 2026/2027.
