  1. He/She is not citizens of New Zealand, Australia, or holders of New Zealand residence class visas.
  2. He/She must be completing or have completed on or after 1 January of the year before the year of application.
  3. Students must be applied for admission before 15 August at university in the year prior to their intended first year of enrolment at the University.
