What are the Financial Benefits of the Slovakia Government National Scholarships Program 2025?

Scholarship Details for International Students in Slovakia are as follows:

For Master's students, there will be a stipend of €620 per month.
For PhD students, there will be a stipend of €1,025.50 per month.

University teachers/researchers/artists:

Applicant with a PhD and less than 10 years of work experience €1,370 per month.
Candidate holding a PhD, more than 10 years of experience €1,470/month
The scholarship is paid for food and accommodation and any other personal living costs during their stay in Slovakia.

All nationality holders are eligible to apply for this scheme.
An applicant must pursue a master's degree or have undertaken at least 2.5 years of undergraduate studies.
An applicant must be accepted to academic mobility at a Slovak higher education institution.
PhD Students must be enrolled in PhD outside of Slovakia.
Applicant must be accepted for academic mobility at a Slovakian higher education institution or research institution.
Applicants must have an official invitation or acceptance letter from a Slovak higher education institution or research organization.
A detailed plan outlining the objectives and benefits of the stay in Slovakia must be provided.
Those with a PhD must have either less than 10 years or more than 10 years of professional experience and are eligible to apply.
