Eligible Criteria for the NIG Summer Internship in Japan 2025

Applicants must have a strong interest in life sciences.
Must be in their pre-final year of study at the time of application, including:
3rd year of a 4-year bachelor’s program.
2nd year of a 3-year bachelor’s program.
4th year of a 5-year program.
1st year of a 2-year master’s program.
5th year of a 6-year program.
Comply with all institute rules and guidelines.
Applicant must observe confidentiality of all information gathered during the internship.
Applicant must Continuously engage in the program, execute the assigned tasks, and contribute to your research project's success.
Applicant must Perform a full-time five-day workweek throughout the internship period adhering to the agreed work schedule
Applicant must Deliver an oral presentation of the outcome of the research conducted on a predetermined date.
Submit a report in writing and also fill out the internship program evaluation questionnaire at the end.
The stubs of all boarding passes from flights booked by NIG for travel to and from Japan shall be submitted.
