Be a citizen and current resident of a developing member country of the Asian Development Bank, and be 35 years old or younger at the time of application.
Hold a 4-year bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification (e.g., a 3-year bachelor’s degree with a 1-year master’s degree or a 2-year bachelor’s degree with a 2-year master’s degree).
After graduation, the applicant must have 2 years of work experience to qualify for this scholarship.
Must have an English proficiency test.
